The release on Identity’s own label has come with a few different mixes, but my pick is the Soul Avengerz remix. The vocals are courtesy of Inaya Day, who has been providing her services to many recently, including artists like ATFC and Mr Timothy. Gave Me Love is a warm vocal house/US Garage track with simple sweet chords which complement the vocals really well, to create an uplifting feeling. With reasonable beats, production, arrangement and breakdowns, Gave Me Love suits those transitions from early to main set. The Soul Avengerz have done a great job on this one. Strong, sweet but not sappy.
