Title: Crazy
Artist: E-Funk
Label: Subliminal

This is the second offering from the collaborative might of E Smoove (Thick Dick, Red No 5, Love Tribe etc) and Mr Timothy. The first track "Shout", which was also released on subliminal, was released almost a year ago and "Crazy" offers a very similar sound and production. It is strange that it has taken this long for "Crazy" to be released (Dec 2003), it having been featured on the Subliminal Session 5/Erick Morillo compilation CD that was released early-mid 2003.

"Crazy" is very similar to "Shout" in that it features a techy-house sound that it bass driven and also vocals, but without verse/chorus format. There is a slow build up with vocal snippets to the first breakdown, the track then kicks in nicely and chugs along.

Initially upon hearing the track it didn't really stand out. However, once one gets the opportunity to play it loud Crazy does indeed create a great vibe and works very well. Nice solid track.
