With great recent success with Work It Out, Changes and Rise Up, Disciple keeps the momentum going with this catchy track featuring the vocals of Michelle Weeks. The DJ Dove mix is exquisite, with a strong arrangement, a stomp and clap rhythm, driving bassline and big room energy.

An innovative and quirky track, Tetris is the epitome of electronic-tech production in 2007. The track begins with a short and relatively subdued opening, before hitting an extended breakdown. Layering different synth sounds and building well to keep interest, Tetris then unleashes into a swinging rhythm with an intelligent arrangement that commands the attention of dancefloors.

With the instrumental version known as Tongue Tied, Da Hool has taken this well produced minimal & tech track to the next level. The vocals are from The Doors’ classic, have been re-sung and added, albeit sparingly, to the introduction and the uplifting breakdown. The result is an amazing track which works in the main and afterhours sets.

A twisted NYC styled track laden with percussion and a moving acid bassline, Dirty Things gradually builds and comes alive with the introduction of the sultry vocals. With cool lyrics and infectious groove, Dirty Things features an effective breakdown that kicks back in harder with a tougher bassline being introduced with great effect.

Superchumbo and Sanchez team with Kevin Aviance to produce this tough main room track. Featuring tribal edged beats, a dirty bassline and indie come chanted African-esque vocal, Hold On Me certainly fuses many different influences with great success. The Dub contains the vocals more and focuses the emphasis on the attention grabbing effects and parts with great success.

Responsible for the tracks Fever’s Coming and Afro Punk’d, Anton Fielding & Tiny Stikz have a developed a reputation for tough stomping big room numbers with a difference. Pow Wow continues the legacy, with some dark twisted elements thrown in. The Dub is my pick, with a hypnotic vocal and crushing effects giving Pow Wow that extra punch.

This underrated producer and DJ knocks out yet another great track! The original is a percussive and tribal edged groover that builds and twists. Wady’s remix brings more of an upfront house and electronic element which grabs the listener’s and audience’s attention, with great build ups and breakdowns. The hardest part is deciding which version to play!

The former Moloko songstress has continued to produce quality tracks featuring her alluring vocals. Here Seamus Haji complements Roison’s obvious talent with his production prowess, with great harmonisations such as to make the track into a very brooding yet dancefloor bound track. An accessible house track with an electronic element, the track is sure to do well.

Featuring the exceptional production prowess of Pacha NYC resident Exacta and Hungarian mastermind Belocca, Lost in Music is a catchy without being cheesy mainroom stomper. The vocals of Corey Andrew are sublime, harmonising well and accentuating the layered synths and bass. With an arrangement that gains momentum as the track progresses, Lost In Music is a great release for Double Frequency Records.

Having had much success recently with Lollipop and widely known for his efforts as Kings Of Tomorrow, Sandy Rivera’s latest released encapsulates a current trend in house music, but added to it with great effect. Featuring a definite minimal influence, Sandy Rivera has added a subdued but catchy vocal which flows with the track exceptionally well.
