Ok, I made this tonight. My brother gave it 10/10, my husband gave 8/10 only because I didn't make a salad to go with it. I give it 11/10 as it was sooooo easy to make and really tasted great BUT looked fantastic. I only had it in the oven for 30 minutes and it was cooked so take care as different ovens have different cooking times as we all know. I checked mine at 30 minutes and it was REALLY ready. Just LOVE this recipe and will be using it again and again... had all the ingredients here in the house - as I do most of the time so it is a great standby dish. Printed it off and have it in my special recipe folder. Thanks
